Studio Sala & Vianelli was set up at the beginning of the 1990s when Paolo Sala and Luca Vianelli first met and decided to join forces. The following decades produced valuable experience as the firm evolved, enriched by the expertise and professionalism of external collaborators resulting in the formation of a consolidated team that is always ready to meet clients’ needs.
Since its incorporation, the firm has developed its expertise in the field of tax and corporate assistance and consultancy, with a particular focus on matters of international taxation, an area of specialisation that has led to the establishment of lasting relationships with multinational clients operating in various sectors.
Among these, particular attention is paid to the mechanical engineering sector and more specifically to the production of road paving machinery, components for the automotive sector and earth moving machinery.
The firm also operates in the sectors of publishing, removal of architectural barriers, cogeneration plants and energy production from traditional and renewable sources.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of the University of Bologna, Luca Vianelli is a Certified Public Accountant enrolled with the Association of Certified Accountants of Bologna since 1991 enrolled in the Register of Auditors since 1995. A founding member of the firm, Luca Vianelli gained particular experience in national and international tax consultancy, specialising in corporate consultancy, extraordinary corporate transactions, real estate taxation and tax litigation.
Dr. Paolo Sala
Partner – Certified Public Accountant
Graduated with honours from the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of the University of Bologna, Paolo Sala is a Certified Public Accountant enrolled in the Bologna Association of Certified Accountants since 1990 and enrolled in the Register of Auditors since 1995. A founding member of the firm, Paolo Sala has extensive experience in national and international tax consultancy, specialising on issues related to transfer pricing and VAT, as well as in corporate consultancy and advisory services for extraordinary corporate transactions.

Working with an expert team of professionals and consultants, in 2018 Sala & Vianelli set up the Boostart project, an organisation specialised on providing excellence in the support of a selection of innovative business projects and start-ups. Specifically, within the project the firm offers its experience in the field of business, financial and accounting consultancy.
For more than twenty years, Sala & Vianelli has been a partner of Jus et Commercium, a partnership of independent professionals, lawyers and accountants set up with the aim of providing integrated consultancy in various branches of law: civil, criminal, labour, and tax law, both in Italy and on the international level.
